Recently, our development team launched a few new internal AI initiative.

The goal was simple: test cutting-edge AI technologies to accelerate our development capabilities.

After weeks of rigorous experimentation, we are excited to share how these behind-the-scenes upgrades will translate into tangible benefits for you, our clients.

Here is how our adoption of AI solutions is reshaping the future of the Jeto platform.

  1. Accelerated Feature Delivery
    We know that in marketing operations, speed matters. You need new features and updates delivered quickly to stay ahead. To achieve this, our team experimented with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) using advanced AI agents like Claude Code. Traditionally, translating a product requirement into code can be a slow process prone to misinterpretation. By using tools like Github Spec Kit, we are now able to generate detailed technical implementation plans and code structures directly from our specifications.

  2. Higher Reliability Through “Self-Healing” Quality Assurance
    Nothing disrupts a campaign launch like a software bug. To ensure the Jeto platform remains rock-solid, our QA engineers tested AI-powered testing tools, including Healenium and BrowserStack.
    We implemented “self-healing” automated tests. In the past, a simple update to the user interface might cause our automated safety checks to fail, requiring manual fixes. Now, AI can identify these changes and “heal” the test in real-time.
    Furthermore, we are using AI to automatically generate comprehensive test plans directly from our product requirements, ensuring no edge case is overlooked.

  3. Rapid Modernization and Security
    Keeping a software platform secure and modern requires constant updates to the underlying code libraries. Usually, these migrations are time-consuming and can slow down new feature work. Our team successfully used AI assistants, such as Gemini Code Assist, to automate complex code migrations – specifically moving from legacy libraries to modern standards like Selenium 4. What previously might have taken months of manual refactoring can now be accelerated significantly, improving performance and maintainability.

  4. More Time for Innovation
    Perhaps the most exciting result of our experiments was the reduction of “busy work.”
    We found that AI tools could handle up to 100% of complex code merge conflicts and generate unit tests that save engineers roughly 45 minutes per task.

  5. A Glimpse into the Future: Auto-Generated Campaigns
    We didn’t just stop at improving our code. As part of the initiatives, we also prototyped new user-facing capabilities using Gemini Vertex and embedded GPT Assistant.
    We successfully built a prototype where Jeto leverages generative AI to create entire marketing copy, including engaging webinar titles, email copy, landing page copy – all in seconds.

Our next experiments: Marketo MCP & agentic AI
Innovation never stops. Up next, we will be running experiments with the Marketo MCP to test out if and how we could potentially offer agentic integration capabilities. We are exploring how AI agents can autonomously navigate and execute tasks within your marketing ecosystem, further reducing the manual load on your MOps teams.
